Portuguese international Nani appears set to sign for Fenerbache, pending a medical on Sunday.

The Turkish giants announced on Twitter that the Manchester United winger will arrive in Istanbul this weekend to apply the finishing touches to his proposed move.

"Fenerbahce has begun talks with Luis Nani and his club Manchester United to transfer the player," Fenerbache stated. "Nani will be in Istanbul on Sunday for a medical check up."

28-year old Nani spent last season on loan with Sporting Lisbon, scoring 11 goals in 36 appearances in all competitions. He joined United from Sporting in 2007 and has played 230 times with the Red Devils for 40 goals.
