Manchester United winger Amad Diallo is set to face Blackburn Rovers U23 tonight at Leigh Village.

Diallo's impressive performance led to speculation he could make his first appearance for the senior side this week, but it looks like he is set to stay at reserve level for the time being.

That's because a post from Diallo's representatives on social media hinted the Ivorian winger will be in action when United face Blackburn at Leigh Sports Village in the Premier League 2 Division One clash, says the Manchester Evening News.

The post was comprised of photos from Diallo's appearance against Liverpool, and included the word 'matchday' as well as the United and Blackburn crests.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer made a decision on Diallo's involvement on Thursday as he looks to juggle his squad ahead of the Premier League clash with Everton this weekend.
