Manchester United winger Tahith Chong admits turning out for Holland's U21s is important.

Chong says he needs the games as he battles for first team football this season.

He told FOX Sports, "We have a very good group with a lot of talent.

"The matches for the U21s are important because I don't always play with the firsts. It is nice for me to play ninety minutes. You notice that your match rhythm is missing."
