Manchester United are willing to spend big to prise Declan Rice away from West Ham this summer.

The Irish Independent says United are ready to break the bank to sign Rice from West Ham.

It is claimed West Ham would likely demand a fee in excess of £50million for the England international.

The report also says Nemanja Matic's future at United will be in doubt if Rice arrives.

However, those who have worked with Rice believe his long-term future should be at centre-half.
