Man Utd will NOT drop plans to sign young attacking trio

Manchester United have NO plans to scale back their summer market intentions.

The Manchester Evening News says United will press ahead with plans to sign three players in the next transfer window despite uncertainty surrounding the summer market.

United drew up their shortlist of targets in January and started negotiations on a deal for Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish in February before the coronavirus crisis enforced the indefinite suspension of football.

Birmingham City midfielder Jude Bellingham and his parents visited the United training ground in March and United are confident of outbidding any competitor for the Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.

United have deemed the aforementioned targets as still attainable this calendar year even though the world health crisis is expected to have a seismic impact on the football marketplace. Grealish and Sancho are both happy at the prospect of joining United and the club has an annual preference for at least three new arrivals, with Bellingham viewed as a possible potential investment in the vein of Diogo Dalot and Daniel James.
