Manchester United U21 coach Neil Wood has praised the attitude of Tahith Chong.

The winger turned out for the EFL Trophy win over Lincoln City.

Wood explained what the 19-year-old brings to his team.

"I think it was good for him to be out there. He needed some game time and he did really well for the goal, got in between the lines and drove at the guy and went and had a good hand in the first goal," Wood said.

"He's got great experience and he talks to the lads a lot on the pitch so we're happy to have him with us."
