Manchester United Treble winner Andy Cole says the club shouldn't move for Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish.

Grealish is again being linked with United.

But Cole told Goal: "Grealish is an incredible player but I do not see how he would fit into Manchester United. I look at their midfield and think: Where is he going to play somewhere.

"Where he plays in Aston Villa, Bruno Fernandes plays in United and if you place him on the left, you have Marcus Rashford.

"So where should he play?"
