Man Utd to send young trio away on-loan

Manchester United plan to release three more young defenders for loan in the coming days.

The Manchester Evening News says defensive trio Ethan Laird, Di'Shon Bernard and Max Taylor are all attracting interest.

Laird appears to be the least likely out of the trio to secure an exit with the 19-year-old currently sidelined with a minor injury issue.

Taylor is searching for a new loan move after an agreement with Macclesfield Town fell through. Bernard is another player attracting plenty of interest from the Football League.

United have already sanctioned the exits of five youth players in the summer window with many of them already playing regular football at their new clubs.

Tahith Chong is settling well at Werder Bremen, James Garner impressing at Watford, while Dylan Levitt is at Charlton, Matej Kovar at Swindon and Aliou Traore with French side SM Caen.
