Manchester United are ready to make a new contract offer to David de Gea.
The Telegraph says United have no intention of allowing De Gea to leave the club this summer and are ready to offer him improved terms on his current £250,000-a-week deal.
Contract talks between United and De Gea have been going on for the last 18 months but the club has so far been unwilling to meet the Spaniard's wage demands.
He is said to be eyeing wages closer to the £500,000-a-week currently being pocketed by Alexis Sanchez.
United are also preparing to make an improved offer for Aaron Wan-Bissaka having seen their £40million bid for the Crystal Palace right-back rejected.
