Manchester United are attempting to swoop on Leicester City target Wilfried Ndidi.
AllNigeriaSoccer reports that the Red Devils are showing significant interest in the Genk star.
United scout Roland Janssen discovered Ndidi when he was working with the Belgian club and it is understood that the 19-year-old could be swayed by his relationship with the Belgian.
Claudio Ranieri's Leicester had reportedly come to an agreement over a £15million deal for Ndidi but United have now made a move for the defensive midfielder who can also operate at centre-back.
Nigeria international Ndidi has made 78 appearances since debuting with Genk in January 2015.
