Manchester United target Bruno Fernandes has paid tribute to Sporting CP as he prepares to leave.
United are at the front of the queue as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer attempts to use up his transfer budget as early as possible this summer.
Fernandes, 24, fits into the Norwegian's policy of bringing in young players, and a message he posted on Instagram could seen as a hint that he is nearing the exit door.
“Very happy for MVP's second consecutive MVP award!" Fernandez wrote to fans after he won the Primeira Liga Player of the Year for the second year in a row.
He continued: “I thank all the captains and coaches who voted for me, as well as my team mates, staff for their contribution throughout the season."
