Christian Eriksen would be tempted to play alongside Frenkie De Jong at Manchester United.

United are in talks with Barcelona to sign De Jong this summer, with Erik ten Hag keen on a reunion with his former Ajax star.

Ten Hag is prioritising a £70m deal for De Jong - which could be completed by Thursday - in the belief that other deals will follow once the Dutch midfielder is signed.

According to The Times, Eriksen would be 'attracted' by the prospect of playing with De Jong at Old Trafford.

Denmark star Eriksen will decide between United and Brentford prior to the start of preseason.

Eriksen is available on a free transfer at the end of the month when his contract expires at Brentford.
