Manchester United have jumped into the battle for Swansea City winger Daniel James.

The Daily Mail says United are in pole position for a summer move - ahead of North West rivals Liverpool.

James has caught the eye at Swansea this season, with his lightning pace a nightmare for defences.

And he has made a goalscoring start to his Wales career with one goal in two caps under Old Trafford legend Ryan Giggs.

The forward is out of contract at the end of next season and could be snapped up for a bargain £10million.
