Manchester United striker Kiko Macheda enjoyed his loan spell at Doncaster Rovers.
Macheda hit three goals in four games before succumbing to a knee injury.
He told TMW: "Until Saturday, I was fine, then in the last game I strained by hamstring and I'll be out at least a month.
"It was going very well, I scored three goals in four games. I had the confidence of the coach, the team and now I hope to get well soon so to come back and do even better.
"It's a positive environment. I had recently met the coach but I was immediately made to feel at ease, this has helped my beautiful start."
