Manchester United striker Fraizer Campbell still favours a move to Hull City, it has been revealed.

The England U21 hero has also been linked with Newcastle United.

But the Hull Daily Mail says Tigers boss Phil Brown returns from holiday on Monday to step up the club's recruitment drive but remains patient over the Campbell chase.

The former loan star has shelved talk over his future until England's participation in the under-21s European Championships is over.

Having seen a £6m bid accepted, Campbell continues to favour a move to the KC but is still trying to thrash out a severance package from United.
