Bastian Schweinsteiger and Ana Ivanovic have been wed in a glamorous ceremony in Venice, Italy.
The Manchester United and Germany midfielder and Serbian tennis star have been in a relationship since 2014 but have now tied the knot at the Venice City Hall, also known as Palazzo Cavalli.
Schweinsteiger and Ivanovic travelled to Venice by private jet from Munich but did not reveal the venue of the wedding to guests, rather told them to turn up at the airport and be ready for a surprise.
The Germany captain's best man was downhill ski racer Felix Neureuther while Ivanovic's maid of honour was Serbian Olympic swimmer Miroslava Najdanovski.
