Manchester United have made an offer for Lyon striker Moussa Dembele.
The Mirror says United have made an opening offer of £35million to sign Dembele, according to reports in France.
The former Celtic and Fulham striker has netted 23 times in Ligue 1 this season and has attracted attention from a number of top European teams.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is in the process of overhauling his Manchester United squad, after the Red Devils missed out on qualifying for the Champions League this season.
And according to reports from France, the Norwegian is getting the ball rolling by attempting to sign the 22-year-old striker before other teams get involved and a bidding war takes place.
