Manchester United are being linked with Crystal Palace striker Alexander Sorloth.

The tall attacker is impressing on loan at Trabzonspor this season, where he plays alongside Daniel Sturridge.

Sorloth was a flop at Palace, but is resurrecting his career in Turkey.

According to Fanatik in Turkey, United are among many clubs interested in Sorloth.

He would be an odd signing for United, and appears to be a backup to Odion Ighalo.

United would prefer the Nigerian who is already on loan with them.

But if they cannot secure him from Shanghai Shenhua, Sorloth is an alternative.
