Manchester United will allow Dean Henderson to finish the season on loan at Sheffield United.
The England goalkeeper was set to stay with the Blades until June, but the campaign will now be played through July due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Chris Wilder was sweating on United's decision as Henderson has played a key role in his side challenging for the European places this season.
The Telegraph says Wilder can rest easy after sources at Sheffield said they were positive about United granting an extension on Henderson's loan.
It is unclear what the Red Devils will decide to do with the 23-year-old beyond the summer.
