Manchester United are prepared to sell Eric Bailly this summer.
The Independent says United will let Bailly leave on the condition they recoup the £30m they paid Villarreal for him.
And United will use the money to spend on Saint-Etienne defender William Saliba - increasing the likelihood of Bailly leaving.
Arsenal and a number of Spanish clubs are said ot be interested in the Ivorian defender.
However, Saliba's agent was spotted in Manchester this week.
