Manchester United chiefs are scheduling a new meeting with Mino Raiola.

L'Equipe says United have been in touch with Raiola to discuss the possibility of Paul Pogba signing a new contract with the club.

The club are ready to offer Pogba a new contract at Old Trafford in order to further secure his future.

However, indications are that the midfielder will resist all attempts to extend his deal.

Pogba's brother, Mathias, said last night: “Paul knows that he cannot leave Manchester United so he's going to focus on this season.

“It's not easy right now, because he has a lot of responsibility in the team.

“A lot of big players have left."
