Robin van Persie felt his injury-time winner for Manchester United was a special way to edge rivals Manchester City on Sunday.
The Dutchman scored with a deflected dead ball attempt in the 92nd minute as the Red Devils rolled city 3-2 at the Etihad Stadium and he was thrilled to have contributed in his first Manchester derby.
"We had a really good start, because of Wayne's two really good, clinical finishes," he told Sky Sports after Wayne Rooney's first-half double was canceled out by Yaya Toure and Pablo Zabaleta.
"We were in control but City always come back. But it's a really special way to end this game, with the three points in a really dramatic way."
