Manchester United are interested in a summer deal for Real Valladolid defender Mohammed Salisu.

The 21-year-old signed a new deal with Real Valladoid last May until 2022 but has a release clause in his contract of just £10million, says AS.

Valladoid are keen for him to sign a new contract, which would include a higher release clause.

The Ghanaian left-sided centre back has featured 27 times in Spain's top flight this season, scoring once against Eibar in October.

United have joined Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid in showing interest.
