Manchester United are interested in Eintracht Frankfurt defender Evan N'Dicka.
The stopper is expected to leave the Europa League finalists this summer and has been linked with a move to England.
Newcastle are keen, having made a January attempt for N'Dicka.
However, they could now face competition from Manchester United, where a new centre-half signing has been discussed.
Turkish transfer expert Ekrem Konur is reporting United have made contact with Eintracht Frankfurt about N'Dicka's situation, with Olympique Marseille also interested.
