Manchester United are interested in Torino striker Andrea Belotti.
Tuttosport says United are interested though face competition from Carlo Ancelotti's Everton.
The report adds that Ancelotti has been an admirer of the 26-year-old for many years, including when he was coach of Bayern Munich and Napoli.
Belotti has netted 15 times for Torino across all competitions this season and is believed to have a €100m (£87m) release clause for teams outside of Italy.
That contract could soon be renegotiated though meaning any clubs interested, which also includes Napoli, may have to pounce soon.
Belotti recently said he would only leave Torino if he was guaranteed to be a starter at his next club.
He said: "People tell me I should go to a big club who play for trophies, but I evaluate what's right for me.
"I'm not interested in going to a great team if it means me not playing or being a substitute. If I move, it's because I'll be a starter."
