Norwich City midfielder David Fox is still pinching himself over his Premier League chance.
When he left Manchester United six years ago he thought the only way was down.
Fox, 28, said: "I signed for Blackpool and they were second-bottom of League One.
"At that time the Premier League seemed a million miles away."
