Man Utd refuse to drop Pogba asking price amid Real Madrid, Juventus Jan plans

Manchester United refuse to drop their asking price for Paul Pogba in January.

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane remains determined to bring the French World Cup winner to the Santiago Bernabeu, says Sport.

With the transfer window in Spain now closed, Real are going to have to wait until at least January in order to snap up their long-term target, but United are said to be stepping up their attempts at keeping the wantaway star at the club.

Pogba's current United deal runs until 2021, but the Old Trafford outfit's first priority is to keep him at the club and potentially extend his deal in order to warn off his suitors, which also included his former club Juventus in the summer.

United's stance remains the same and onl will sell if their price of £179million is met.
