Man Utd refuse to drop interest in Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot

Manchester United haven't dropped their interest in Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

The Sun says new Old Trafford boss Erik ten Hag reportedly wanted the Juventus star AND Barcelona's Frenkie de Jong for his midfield in the last transfer window.

But neither deal was pushed through before the September 1 deadline.

Dutchman De Jong has since claimed he was never interested in the move.

And Rabiot is also understood to have had doubts over whether United were the right club for him.

Instead Casemiro came in from Real Madrid following the free transfer arrival of Christian Eriksen.

But reports in Italy suggest the Red Devils are still keen on France playmaker Rabiot.
