Manchester United are prepared to block Romelu Lukaku from leaving if their asking price isn't met.
The Independent says United will force Lukaku to stay at the club unless they get the money the want for the striker.
Inter Milan are favourites for the striker and have reportedly offered cash-plus-player deals, including striker Mauro Icardi and midfielder Radja Nainggolan.
However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already identified reinforcements and wants the cash from his sale to boost his rebuilding plans, rather than take a player in part exchange.
United also remain confident he won't be a disruptive influence if forced to stay.
