Manchester United believe James Garner needs another season out on-loan next term.
The midfielder has sparkled for Nottingham Forest since joining on loan in January. And Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been impressed by the 20-year-old's mature showings in the Championship so far.
Garner has been brilliant for the Championship side in the short time since, leading to suggestions he could become a top player within Solskjaer's squad next season.
Yet The Athletic say that, at the current moment in time, United are mulling over whether to loan the 20-year-old again next term.
United would, however, prefer for him to gain Premier League experience first.
Before making that decision, Solskjaer will supposedly take a close look at the midfielder during pre-season.
