TMW says the Germany international is under consideration by United this summer.
While they're wrapping up a deal for Ajax stopper Lisandro Martinez today, United are also eyeing Uduokhai.
The stopper has also attracted enquiries from Newcastle United this summer.
FCA rate Uduokhai at around €25m.
