Manchester United are willing to make a multi-player swap offer for Sporting CP star Bruno Fernandes.

DN reports Sporting president Frederico Varandas and sporting director Hugo Viana have been discussing the deal with United chiefs at their Mayfair office in London.

The 25-year-old - who was strongly linked with Tottenhamin the summer - would reportedly be available for around £60million this month.

United, who are keen for a smooth process, are even willing to offer two players as part of the package.

It is understood that one of the players on the table is Argentina defender Marcos Rojo, who starred for Lisbon before joining United in 2014.
