Man Utd pair Bailly, Amad off to winning Olympics start with Ivory Coast

Manchester United pair Eric Bailly and Amad are both to a winning start at the Olympics with Ivory Coast.

Amad provided an assist for Franck Kessie as the Ivory Coast opened their Olympic Games with a 2-1 victory against Saudi Arabia.

Bailly also played the full game for the Elephants, who had taken the lead through an own goal before being pegged back by a strike from Salem Aldawsari.

With the scores level, Amad drove down the right wing, cut inside and beat three men before passing to Kessie, waiting on the edge of the box. The AC Milan midfielder turned away from his marker before powering a beautiful strike into the bottom right corner.
