Man Utd outcast Van de Beek offered to Newcastle, Dortmund

Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek is being offered to clubs.

The Manchester Evening News says Van de Beek has been offered out on loan to both Newcastle and Borussia Dortmund after failing to work his way into Ralf Rangnick's plans.

Van de Beek, a £40million signing from Ajax in 2019, has failed to start a single Premier League game this season and his future at Old Trafford looks bleak.

The Dutchman has been mainly limited to cup appearances this term, coming on for 18 minutes in United's 1-0 win over Aston Villa in the FA Cup third round.

Interim boss Rangnick praised his performance and said the team 'controlled' the game after his introduction - leading to hopes the playmaker might be given more chances to impress under the German.

But a handful of clubs have already been sounded out about taking Van de Beek on loan - including the Magpies and Bundesliga giants Dortmund.
