Manchester United are not giving up on Jadon Sancho, despite Borussia Dortmund insisting he will not leave this summer.

Sancho was named in Dortmund's pre-season training squad on Monday, leading sporting director Michael Zorc to dismiss United's pursuit.

"Jadon Sancho will play with us next season," he told reporters. "The decision is final. I think that answers all the questions."

However, Goal says United believe they can still sign the 20-year-old.

Sancho wants a move to Old Trafford and would be happy for negotiations to continue.

The Red Devils have been frustrated with Dortmund's pace in negotiations, which are being managed by an independent agent.

The German club still want €120m for Sancho but there is no chance United will meet that request.
