Manchester United assistant boss Carlos Queiroz attended Bolton Wanderers' 1-1 draw with Sporting Lisbon in last night's UEFA Cup clash.

While it's been suggested Queiroz was at the Reebok to check on Sporting talent, the Portuguese revealed: "I was invited here by Bolton. Have I come here to see someone from Sporting? I can't say, I'm here to meet various directors and to watch the game."
