PSV Eindhoven superkid Xavi Simons is attracting Premier League interest.

In his first year with PSV, the midfielder has been a revelation, having played his way into the senior Holland squad.

Transfer expert Ekrem Konur is reporting Newcastle United and Manchester United are scouting the former PSG and Barcelona junior.

The 19 year-old has a deal with PSV to 2027.

However, despite the Prem interest, PSG have a buy-back option in Simons' deal set at €12m.
