Manchester United are monitoring Mahamadou Diarra's showdown talks with Real Madrid.
The Sunday Mirror says Diarra, 28, is valued at £14million but wants to hear from new Real coach Jose Mourinho whether he features in his plans before pursuing a move.
The Mali international has been linked with Manchester United and believes his style would suit the Premier League.
"Diarra will sit down and listen to whether the new manager has any plans for him before making a decision," said Diarra's agent Frederic Guerra.
"We have interest from England and France so if he is not going to get games at Real Madrid then he will leave."
