Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira admits he's happy in an attacking role.

The Brazilian looked more comfortable in a more advanced role in the 4-0 win against Norwich after being exposed in a deeper role against Manchester City in the League Cup semi final first leg.

"My best position is as a No 10," Pereira told The Athletic. “I can play on both wings but more coming in and playing as an attacking midfielder. The manager knows that, but he knows that if I have to play in other positions to help the team out I will always do it. Because I want the best for the team.

“I am very happy he has the belief in me and is showing that this season. I have stepped up and am playing more games."
