Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira remains confident he can secure a permanent move to Flamengo.

Pereira had been expected to make his loan move permanent, having made the move to his native Brazil last summer. Flamengo though are yet to confirm whether the deal will go ahead or not, with reports in South America suggesting it could now be off amid a poor run of form for Pereira.

Speaking about his future with Globo Esporte, Pereira said: "I'm calm and focused. I know there's this indecision.

"I also have to talk about it with the people close to me, and on the pitch I'm calm. I know it can be resolved in a month, at the end before I leave, but I'm calm and always thinking about the next game."
