Manchester United midfielder James Garner knows he must get stronger to make it in the Premier League.

The 20-year-old central midfielder spent last season on loan at two different clubs, the first half of the campaign with Watford and the second with Nottingham Forest.

"I'm buzzing to get back, you know," Garner said to manutd.com. "I missed the lads and to get back for the last two weeks has been good."

Quizzed about his stronger physique, Garner confirmed he'd been hitting the gym.

"Yeah it was definitely something I was working on over the last year and that's given me the confidence to put this vest on today [laughs]."
