Marouane Fellaini can leave Manchester United this winter but only on a permanent transfer.
Italian trio AC Milan, Juventus and AS Roma are all showing interest in the towering Belgian midfielder but will have to pay a transfer fee of they want to lure him to Serie A.
According to the Daily Mirror, United boss Louis van Gaal is prepared to part with the services of 28-year-old Fellaini but only if the Rossoneri, Bianconeri or Giallorossi want him permanently.
It is believed that a loan deal is not an option as United are keen to recoup a portion of the £27.5million they paid Everton for his services in 2013 if he is to leave Old Trafford this month.
