Man Utd manager ten Hag on Rangnick consultancy: Ultimately I'll make the decisions

Manchester United's new manager Erik ten Hag has stated that he will be making the final decisions at the club.

The Dutchman was asked about his future working relationship with Ralf Rangnick, who was interim boss in the second half of this season.

Rangnick will be a consultant at United for another two years, but ten Hag intimated that he will take advice on board and make his own choices.

He stated in his first press conference on Monday: "I think it's part of my analysis, I observe and I speak with a lot of people. But finally I will draw my own line.

When asked if he supported Rangnick's consultancy, ten Hag stated : "That is on the club."
