Manchester United could step into the transfer market after an injury to Harry Maguire.
The Red Devils are reeling from the news that Maguire could have a torn hip muscle.
It would mean several weeks out for the England international, who suffered the problem against Wolves in the FA Cup.
Maguire played on in that game despite being in pain in the first half.
It is possible Maguire's injury means United could try to sign a defender, either permanently or on loan, per The Telegraph.
Axel Tuanzebe and Marcos Rojo are not fit, which means Victor Lindelof and Phil Jones are the two centre-back options.
