Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits Eric Bailly was a late exclusion from their game against Sheffield United.
The Red Devils endured a miserable home defeat to the bottom of the table club on Wednesday.
The Ivory Coast star was replaced by Axel Tuanzebe in central defense, and the youngster did not have a good game.
"Eric was down to play this game but he got a bang yesterday and is sore and bruised," Solskjaer told MUTV.
"It's unfortunate for him."
