Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is ready to bring Hannibal Mejbri to the first team.
The 17-year-old arrived from Monaco in the summer for just under ten million. And the club sees him as one for the future.
But he has been so impressive with the under-18s and under-23s that he may get to train with the first team.
The Manchester Evening News reports that Mejbri could be promoted to the first team squad for next season.
With several young players likely to go out on loan, it would free up a spot for Hannibal.
He would likely be the sixth choice midfielder for Solskjaer next season, behind Pogba, Bruno Fernandes, Fred, Scott McTominay and Nemanja Matic.
