Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has defended Paul Pogba's handball against West Ham United as a 'natural reaction'.
Declan Rice fired in a free kick which was heading straight for Solskjaer's head before the Frenchman blocked the ball with his hands to give away a penalty, which was converted by Michail Antonio.
And speaking after the 1-1 draw, Solskjaer believes Pogba was not at fault for conceding the penalty.
"It's a natural reaction, Paul's held his hand up knowing he should have taken it in a mush but it's a natural reaction when that ball comes at 100mph."
The result moved United into third position on the table. They need at least a draw against fifth-placed Leicester City on Sunday to qualify for the Champions League.
