Manchester United and Manchester City are pushing to prise Rayan Ait-Nouri from Angers.
The Daily Star says United are reportedly in talks with teenage left-back Ait-Nouri, with the Red Devils submitting a formal offer to French side Angers.
Ait-Nouri is considered one of the most promising prospects in French football and has already been capped three times by their Under-21 side.
The youngster has also been linked with Manchester City and, according to Foot Mercato, United have been in regular contact with Ait-Nouri's agent, Jorge Mendes.
The report also states that both City and United have tabled 'firm offers' to both his agent and Angers.
It is also claimed Ait-Nouri flew to England earlier this week and visited the training grounds of both Manchester clubs.
