Man Utd make Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly priority target

Manchester United have made Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly their top 2019 transfer target.

The Telegraph says, however United are going to have to wait until the summer to sign him.

Jose Mourinho wanted a centre back last summer and that position remains a priority for United to strengthen and the Napoli defender is heading up the list of possible targets.

The report adds that United would be keen to bring him in this transfer window but with the Italian club showing little in the way of negotiation it appears as if the move will have to wait until the summer.

The reported transfer would also likely mark the end of Marcos Rojo's career as he is being tipped to leave in the summer to make way for the Napoli defender.
