Huddersfield Town boss Lee Clark will not be rushing back on-loan Manchester United midfielder Danny Drinkwater from a thigh injury. Drinkwater, 19, has missed only one game since arriving from Old Trafford in August, but is not ready to face Hartlepool at the Galpharm Stadium.
Clark told the Huddersfield Examiner: "Danny wasn't on the bench against Wycombe because of a thigh niggle and he won't be available again this weekend.
"With an injury like this it's not worth taking any risks. It's a major muscle when it comes to kicking a football and, like we've done with Robbie Simpson, we'll give Danny all the time he needs to recover fully."
